Shipping

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Buyers can choose at check-out. 

Lead Times

Retail orders ship within 5 business days after payment has been received for your order.

Some items are made to order and will ship out within 1-3 weeks of our receipt of your order. Those items are bulk purchases and wholesale orders.

Damages

USPS SHIPMENTS:

If your order was damaged in the mail, please email (1) a photo of each damaged product, and (2) a photo of the package as you received it to Blossomcandleco@gmail.com

We will send a replacement product to you ASAP and file a claim with USPS.

Returns & Exchanges

ONLINE RETAIL ORDERS

Return and exchange requests must be received within seven days of receiving your order. To process a return or exchange an item, items must be in new, unused and untampered condition. The buyer is responsible for paying for return and exchange shipping costs. 

All items purchased on sale or with a coupon code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

To qualify for a refund, items must be received back in our studio within two weeks of your original receipt of the package in new, unused condition, in all original packaging.

Upon receipt of products, we will issue a refund equal to the price paid for product or ship exchange goods. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

Wholesale orders are not eligible for a refund. Items may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt, and not after. To exchange product, items must be in new, unused condition in all original packaging.

Buyer is responsible for additional exchange shipping fees.

International Orders

Our online shop is currently set up for US orders, not international at this time.

Local Pick-Ups

To forgo shipping costs and to pick up your order locally, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Orders are only available for pick-up at markets or pop-ups on our schedule, or from our pop-up studio in Milwaukee, WI by appointment.

We are unable to arrange special drop-offs or meet-ups for local orders.
